#Possible Hidden Cap and Misleading Card Album System(Lack of Transparency in the Card Album System)

I would like to report a possible abusive and misleading practice related to the card album system.

Throughout multiple albums, the community has noticed an extremely consistent pattern: almost no players are able to complete the collection before a specific final phase of the event, regardless of how many packs they obtain or purchase. A few days before the event ends, the missing cards suddenly become much easier to obtain or are directly sold in offers.

The main issue is not the difficulty of completing the album, but the lack of transparency. At no point are players clearly informed that there may be hidden restrictions on the availability of certain cards during parts of the event. Because of this, many players spend resources and real money believing they still have a genuine chance to complete the collection at that moment.

In addition, there are already indications found within the game itself suggesting that certain cards may have restrictions or delayed availability during specific stages of the album.

If there is any kind of hidden cap, progressive unlock system, or time-gated card availability, this should be communicated clearly and transparently to all players before they decide to spend money on packs.

The community deserves transparency regarding:

how card availability works;

whether there are hidden temporary restrictions;

and what the real chances are of completing the album during each phase of the event.

In its current state, many players feel they are being encouraged to spend money without having important information about how the system actually works.

The way they've been operating how these albums work 100% deserves to be reported to the authorities!
I've only realized it lately!
Like what do you mean I have 200+ duplicates of the same 4* while I have other 4* cards missing? That is just statistically impossible!

I believe these practices are extremely harmful to the player experience, and as long as the community continues to normalize and ignore them, nothing will change. The company’s approach toward monetization needs to improve significantly, with greater transparency and respect toward players. In addition, the developers should pay more attention to community feedback and focus more on meaningful quality-of-life updates for the game.

We need to stop ignoring these abusive practices and start confronting them. Do not let this situation pass unnoticed, because as long as the community stays silent, these kinds of practices will continue.

This is not only about the card album system either. Players are tired of seeing monetization constantly prioritized over community feedback. The developers need to start listening to the player base instead of focusing almost exclusively on profit.

Dragon City desperately needs meaningful quality-of-life updates, better transparency, and healthier game design. We do not need even more pay-to-win events constantly being pushed into the game.

Do not let this topic die. Keep supporting this discussion so it can reach the developers at Socialpoint and hopefully lead to real changes in the game.
