Returns did not require a Heroic itself until the last High Anarchaos Evader Return.

I mean, sure, it would be a plus to have the Heroic Quest, and all the Quests of the Family instead of other families getting mixed up into the event.

Collection dragons never had their quest (at least when I was paying). So not having instinctus would make sense.

They could add an Arachne quest and pair him with a HQW quest if they want to have a balanced number of quests per family
