We already complained for more than 3 albums and we got silence treatment, I already completed 2* shiny and it got replaced by a 2* pack

We mentioned this on the announcement of teh new Album. We intend to fix this, but the fix is more complicated than what it seems at 1st sight.
We intend to have it ready for upcoming albums but sadly for this one doesn't seem possible

In other words, it requires them to spend resources that they'd rather put into making the game even more of a cash-grab than it has already become rather than fix/implement something to improve the system.

Players are not a priority, money is.

It's not really complicated. Tell them to fix the rigging issue and 90 percent or more of the album suggestions here will disappear

Thanks for the response and thanks for making you work hard for us, we also understand that the team is looking into the future about good events and all, but we also would like them to address what is already build, and the mistakes that comes with it, it's from a small mistake that a big company can go down, and the small mistakes are accumulating making players more anxious and quitting while becoming frustrated with it instead of playing for the sake of taking a breather
