As you know Abt the 5 star shiny pack situations but hasn't no one realized the lack of 4 star shiny packs?
Last album too many people were unable to complete 4 Star shiny card rather than the 5 star shiny or normal card (Porpoise)
It feels like we are being forced on to get only 1,2,3 star shiny pack and are just unable to obtain any 4 or 5 star shiny pack
