Genuinely why is it at lap 19 now, and on top of all the tom foolery, why are the 20 gems at lap 2 replaced by a VR egg chest, what is going on in that Headquarters of your's???

I was trying to make a post but there's a ridiculously long cooldown lol. I understand why but it is a little bit ridiculous. Anyways I'll just transfer over to here everything I was going to say.
3 of the basic sticker packs does not equal the 20 gems that we used to get from Lap 2.
XXL pack moved from Lap 16, to Lap 19. Do you realise how much effort it requires to reach Lap 16 alone? Lap 19 is going to require a ridiculous amount of gems. You're not giving gems anymore, so where are F2P players supposed to get the gems? I don't see the 
Return the 20 Gems for Lap 2, and put the XXL shiny pack back to Lap 16. Lap 16 was enough to make it a grind without it being absurd.
Get rid of whoever is making these decisions, this game is now a ticking timebomb.
I'm getting tired of it, I'm tired of complaining and it just gets worse and worse each week.
I'm exhausted, I've never had to complain so much in my life about anything.
