I've already beaten this level 3 times and I still can't play it offline.
Furthermore, the 17-star stage doesn't decrease the average time even though I finish it earlier.
This has been happening since earlier today when I updated the game, and I've only tested it in the forest so far.
I'm playing on my phone, I forgot to mention that.

What do you mean? My missions are to defeat ice elementals, apply ice weakening, and deal ice damage.

all "guest star" quests do that as they can negatively impact your loop times (I think there are some others as well)
you can still 'clear' a level but if it's your first clear, no time is saved (as intended) but can leave a cleared level with 0 time and no offline option (due to no average data saved)
