Not receiving emerald egg

It has happened me twice that I completed all the basic rewards (not the ones that you obtain with tickets) including the emerald egg and when receiving all the rewards I just don´t receive any emerald egg. I play in mobile. This may happen because I haven´t completed any green star level? Please help 😭

My guess is that because you haven't done any green star locations the game thinks you cannot earn them. Therefore if they are obtained in any other way, it reads it as null/void

emerald egg is on the bottom reward track so it's from tickets only

well I had another question, I've recently completed caves of fear with 16 stars (1 green star) and in the automatic rewards there is no emerald egg

The chance of an egg is pretty low, so if you die or have low chest slots it likely wouldn't show

Doesn't mean you can't get one tho

offline rewards are random, displayed rewards are averages. some offlines get higher, some get lower

Again, it's just an average, RNG will RNG

Technically all green levels have a chance to drop emerald. Because you have Red Cross your odds are so low they aren’t shown

So based on a full 400 chest run the odds might be say 0.1% (random made up value)
If your chest count is low enough, rounding would be 0 and not shown
