Seeing that both aren't too looked into a whole lot stat wise after late game as the basic shield is outclassed by every other shield and the Dashing Shield is commonly used at 0 star, at 10 stars they should have a new enchantment path to utilize new and same functions.

For the Basic Shield at 10 stars, a new enchantment path: Reflect.
Comes with two stats, Resistance and Reflected Damage, both having their value based on x%. Resistance dampens the damage taken while Reflected Damage copies the enemy's attack value at percentage. At +1, Resistance starts at 1% and Reflection Damage starts at 4%. At +21, Resistance is at 21% while Reflection Damage is at a full 100%, meaning it hits with the same amount of damage the enemy did. The reflected damage is instant, so when the enemy attack hits the shield, it immediately damages the enemy.

For the Dashing Shield, very short and simple addition for 10 stars, lowering cooldown. At +1, lowers the cooldown to 44 frames (1.47s), and at +21, lowers it to 15 frames (0.5s).

I think the reason people mainly don't use the dashing shield is because the bashing shield outclasses it in every aspect and as for the regular shield I think some people use it for armour gain with enchants but the idea could be used for something else like the crusader's shield

The regular shield is outclassed by every other shield variant, and the Dashing Shield mainly helps speed up the level progress

#

This is just suppose to give them a boost to feed on some enchants for bettering the Dashing Shield and giving the Basic Shield a small niche

Even with the Triskelion, the Dashing Shield is a necessity cuz of Offline Times

#

The Basic Shield was your starter for armor but is then replaced by its upgraded counterparts

Would lowering the cooldown for the Dashing Shield be too much?

#

Haven't seen anyone address that

With the scaling you used, thats triple the dashes

That's given you can clear them out to get into > 10 distance to utilize the fast cooldown

I think the 1.5s dash cooldown is ok, it makes movement/knockback vs killing stuff balanced, though with infernal speed being really op (obviously the problem is with the movespeed not with dash) the cooldown might seem too long
