Basically a place where npcs trade you runes, materials or even ki crystals for other runes, ki, materials like bronze,wood, tar or stone or just simple thongs like a heavy hammer for 25 swords or 300 stone wands for 50 aether runes etc.
(optional) npcs give quests for ki crystals every 23 hours
(optional+) npcs can tell you tips and tricks about strategies and killing bosses efficiently for ki
(optional++ very cool) players can now open a marketplace to sell materials (probably unbalanced but could be tweaked) for ki
