to get one you must use 2 moonblooms on a 16/16+ double enchant, very simple since its just a 16/16/16 enchant

actually i would want it so once u reach a 16/16/16/16/16/16/16/16/16/16+ enchantment the stone turns rainbow and its just one, it also gets the name changed to "ultra enchantment" and then it says the enchantment number, anf basically what it does is give every enchantment on a weapon
