For some reason I got this new legend quest called titanic_accord_event_end and when I press the visit the gate button it brings me to what I believe is the ending of the titanic accord legend quest

Known bug, there are like 10+ reports on it
There was a quickfix with the latest patch that removed it, but that only affected those that had launched the game since the previous event, a better fix is coming later.

also what you see when you click it is not the end of the titanic accord legend, its additional dialogue with a status update with the progress on the mission you got from it, and it was the epilogue to the previous event. The main information being that the skin you are looking for is not in the playable area atm, but somewhere in acropolis (part 2 of the story) or the underworld (part 3 of the story) which has yet to be developed.
