I am traveling when I am playing the game. I went to different time zones. I think when I am at a later time zone e.g. GST +4, I started the event, and learnt some points, but then after I arrive at a different time zone that’s earlier e.g. GST -6, the event ended and I only had the option to complete and claim the rewards. I only completed like 10/35, but now i cannot claim the rest of the rewards…

actually at this point, i don’t know if it’s coz me traveling, or the event postponed…

If you go into time where event is active, and start it, then if you go back outside of the event timeframe it'll be like "oh there is no event at this time, it must be over"

Best thing would've been to not claim the rewards until event is active again

Also, time traveling is highly not recommended, you should at least make a backup if you do it

is there a way to take away the rewards I claimed, and let me continue with the event, or should I just continue with the event for now?

is theee anything i can/should do now? I claimed the rewards, thinking that was the only way to proceed…

could have not claimed rewards, since you did it locks you out of the event since you already finished it

most likely will need to send your save file to the dev to have them alter it and unlock the event again

@distant spear what you need to do is go to main menu, saves, export and get your cloud code. Don't share it with anyone here, but DM it to @tight copper and let him know the background, and wait for him to get back to you
