2^11 is already 2048 items
no one will be able to afford max level items without months of grinding
We'll get other ways to upgrade weapons anyway, double enchants for example
The only feasible way to get to 15* would be to use the clay
32 max shields now would be a single max shield if the max was 15*
i mean its only 32768 items to max with that... i could do that in like 2-3 weeks for 1 max item
if my math is right i could be wrong
that isn't a small number, if the max star level was 15 I would only have around 5 max poison items and i have hundreds of thousands from items
for newer players reaching max star level would be flat out too hard
It’s not exactly meant for newer players tho, it’s to add a bit more longevity to basic items
Have you had experience as a non-new player regarding this issue? What makes you believe that this is something that end game players would actually need, in contrast to what is already coming up in terms of future development? How would you adjust all the existing stats for all the items already in place? Have you thought about any of this?
Some players could afford it, but this form of progression is really dull and grindy, and the item stats arent balanced in a way it would work
