Quest 15 doesn't shows up, even the timer after completing Quest 14

I completed Quest 14 about 2 days ago but i have a strange bug that the timer doesn't shows up in the quest tab

I waited like over 1 day and still not happening. Restarting won't help progress the 15th quest.
I think it is a bug or I even wait for an event, I don't know. Maybe it's a bug.
The version is v3.62.4 , the latest version of the game.

could be that you haven't met the prereqs for the 15th yet

I'd need to know the name to check the prerequisites

but just because you cleared the rest doesn't mean it automatically unlocks

have you cleared all levels at 15?
have you unlocked all lost items?

all levels 15, 120 stars, all lost items

then I'd say give the names of the quests you have listed and then we can see what is missing and what it's prereq are

looks like transmutable trials is missing the part that unlocks burnout on completion

so its not possible to get it outside of the event atm, probably an oversight
