Like your last bug report, this is also due to time travel. Set system time past where you traveled to and you can collect it

how far in the future did you set time to try to collect? i set it a week ahead and was able to

i may have restarted the game after setting time, dont remember. back up before you do this since time travel can cause issues

if you didnt offline in the future you wont have to wait, it only updates timers for things you actually did
