#BMS/PMS - LAYER channel does not display correctly

Currently running on the latest alpha5 test build ( #test-build-downloads message )

Pure black pixels (R0,G0,B0) in the LAYER channel should be treated as transparent pixels, which is currently not the case in Outfox

Some images smaller than 256x256 can appear in the LAYER channel, but are currently not displayed correctly in-game. These images should be aligned at the top-center of the BGA, and not scaled to fit in the BGA channel.
