But I just read, that there is a password hash in there, that's just a bcrypt hash.

So this should help:
Then stop your server, replace it with this $2a$12$MorPara3TU4/yCYAG2UFUuzXiZGBN391iz5HZorfiwx.s4YoUdTIO and start it. Now the password should be ZAP-Hosting1234!. After the login, you definitly should change it.

When you delete the admins.json, txadmin will then prompt you to create a new master account on next login
