Request for Refund Due to Unsupported Payment Method

Hello,

I topped up 64 EUR in (zap coins) to buy a lifetime VPS, but I found out that Zap Coins are not supported for this purchase. I contacted support, and they said there’s no refund, but I only want the lifetime VPS and don’t want other products.

I kindly request a refund of 64 EUR. After the refund, I am happy to pay directly with a credit card to buy the VPS.

Please help me resolve this.
