You have to set the IP manually

That's windows security policy, having been set to ban edge entirely from running on that windows server xD

anyway, open cmd and run

cd C:\users\Snowy\Desktop

curl.exe "https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/140.5.0esr/win64/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%20140.5.0esr.exe" -o firefox-setup.exe

firefox-setup.exe

then you'll start the firefox installer. use FF instead of Edge.

maybe it's a Christian server, and edging isn't allowed
