@tawny widget Hello, first of all, I will ask you to watch your language. Jokes are jokes, but something is enough, and saying "i will rape you" is one of the enough ones. About your issue, try continuing by what it says, so simply open a console in the web interface (open your product, and on the left side it's most likely called VNC-Console or anything like that) and run the stated command dpkg --configure -a
