i want ask, if im buy lifetime dedicated can i like make a website or host the apps, or reseller it to vps ? and if someday i want upgrade my dedicated can im upgrade it? and if i can't upgrade but i want to sell to other people can?

2. dedicated servers are to my knowledge not upgradable. i been pestering them for disk upgrades for x price.
3. i don't know what you mean with others who can. do you mean alternative hosts?

You can add additional IP Addresses on a lifetime dedicated server but that's it regarding upgrades

I am not sure about reselling, but you can definitely not sell your entire dedi to someone else. And yes, you can host websites and apps.

You can sell it as a vps but whatever you guys do your liable for it

be carefull if you plan to rent vps to people, if they do anything illegal you will be the one blamed and may loose your dedicated at same time. i would suggest you to create the VM for them, get AMP from cubecoders install on it in stand alone mod and set the max ressource they can use. this way with will only be able to manage gameservers and things like this.

its what i said renting a vps to soeone you dont know you should watch what is going on there often, renting them a vps with something like amp or tcadmin you will restrict what the user can do a lot

it take one day, a few warez download/upload and you screw your dedicated lol

The point of a vps isn’t to restrict someone that’s why they get a vps

And as long as you have proper terms your not liable

tc admin would let you make this it allow custom iso. boot exsi if ow isnt already on this, and instead of making a windows virtual machine or linux vm make a esxi vm that vm will allow you 4 vps

its allowed as i undertsand but if any of the people who rent you a vps do any illegal use, you have to handle the consequences

and illegal use i mean one of them can be unlucky and have a rat with one files somewhere, you will be blamed for this!!

this is why i recommand you to not give FULL acces and find some method to can restrict what they do, what they donload etc

Why would a person pay for a dedi and let you own it? That person can buy himself.

And you can't transfer ownership

Besides that, since you have the ownership, you're responsible about any activity against the terms and illegal stuff being done.

And he probably has to register a legal company too, since he wants to resell. Which means, that he will have to pay taxes too.

well technically, he could host one for a friend vs ¨donation¨ and make a simple paypal transfer but if whatever happen, paypal refund claim, breaking ToS or anything else whats i said since the begenning is it wont be smart to get trouble, have lawsuit + get dedicated shutdown for what, 100-200 montly. he better to get ith vps rental for gaming use using a setup like AMP, that will only allow him to start and manage app without any DESKTOP interface that allow a strict management. amp is all interface from the web panel + file browser you cannot deal with anythong outside t
