Debian Server does not want to go into the package installer

i get this error after selecting the country/region, IP and DNS are all correct google dns
This means I can't determine what I want (e.g. I want ssh) but when I go on, the package installer doesn't come up where I can select ssh or something like that

Normally CTRL + Alt + F2 to get into CLI and use view /var/log/syslog

Did you use the Graphical install or CLI one? What Debian Version does this ISO have?

Is the network working for this VM? Did you already tried setting the DNS servers in the VM manually? (/etc/resolv.conf)
