keep going online being determent and then offline
its almost like a boot loop issue
that not the issue at all, the issue come down to a problem with the server i believe, cause i can connect via remote desktop
and then the server it self shut down

Rarely, the RDP client may cause issues such as black screens or other unwanted behaviour. To resolve this, you can execute the following command as an administrator in a CMD Prompt on your PC:
reg add "HKLM\software\policies\microsoft\windows nt\Terminal Services\Client" /v fClientDisableUDP /d 1 /t REG_DWORD
Alternatively, your can run the following in Powershell as administrator:
New-ItemProperty -Path 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client' -Name 'fClientDisableUDP' -PropertyType DWORD -Value 1

@ancient gorge this stuff has been done, its still a issue on the server not the pc side of thing, i restarted my computer multiple times, and the problem is with the vm, the vm will shutdown randomly and im not sure why

when your pinging something, it will provide a ping of some kind, doesn't matter if its block or not, your not ping a port your ping the ip, if that doesn't show anything then it has a issue on the server or multi network issue

Nope, you can block pinging to the ip itself

any server i ever had, i make sure i run a ping command before connecting so i know its up, i been doing this for years, never has failed me once
