do you know if the ports are down with zapp

and check the top, for what it says in the error, endpoint_add_tcp and udp

try going to https://zap-hosting.com/interruption/lookup/ if you're logged in to the zap-hosting website

But looking at the error you have, that shouldn't be the cause
Again, please look in the server.cfg if the endpoint_add_tcp and endpoint_add_udp is present
