This issue could be caused by insufficient hardware, you might want to consider upgrading.

It could also be solved by optimizing your resources, you can try this to locate which resource is taking a lot:

Go to the txAdmin console

  • profiler record 500 (this may take a moment)
  • profiler save xyz (to save)
  • profiler view xyz (sends a link)

If you open that link with google chrome you should be able to see which resources are taking a long time to load.

And I would suggest to check the server resource usage, perhaps he allocated insufficient resources to the game server.
