I'd rather get a vServer instead of a gameserver. Here's why:

• you can use it also for other stuff, e.g hosting a minecraft server or a teamspeak
• you have more control over it (since you're root or administrator)
• you don't pay for slots
• often way cheaper
• linux vServer can install zaps gameserver webinterface (you can install FiveM gameserver via it)
• windows vServer are likely like your own PC, so you'd be very familiar with managing the server
