i can´t log in in to the file zila or win scp
on the zap site i can not find the FTP settings
i do it by the guide, the guy who send the guide i do it by that many times but it didn´t work

During the setup you do create a new FTP user. You need to use the credentials of it.

yes
then i allowed ports for ftp
that i defined in previous settings in filezilla
creation of a user worked, evetything good
but when i wanted to login via that user i created it just shows like it cannt connect
and just keeps retrying
