Did you install the windows
This usually means if the connection to the link you may of inserted was dropped. (the cd drive with the iso you inserted)
You can either try downloading the iso and uploading it yourself which is also an option in your html console in ILO.

I inserted the iso ten times, and they all ended up with an error..
and the link cannot be inserted because -
