I'm unable to add @ as a name on the DNS information. I have multiple things I need to add to my DNS(website/email) and constantly saying failure to save. Anyone else find a way around that?

If you can't use @ then just write your domain name like this: example.com

no but it allowed me to save it, the DNS is still showing unable to find

Are you just trying to forward the whole domain to your plesk webspace?

The change can take a couple of hours to a whole day btw if you change anything DNS wise
I take it that IP is where your website is hosted right?

it's a prebuilt webstore that all i need to do is change the DNS, like 2 hours ago, I'm not expecting it to be done yet. i just couldn't save the (@) for host that i needed help with

what's the average time Zap see's DNS take, i know it says "24-48" in general, but other places I've normally had it done in 1-3.

uh, it's now been 12 hours since DNS changes and still not working... 😦

It's actually two parts, one the DNS from Fourthwall which is site builder I use, and 2nd is from ProtonMail for my "business" email

nope, i've never had a dns change take this long either...
i did create a ticket, they said to redo whole thing which i did at 0230 my time, it's now 1623 and still nothing...

Just for confirmation, even though the A record points correctly, what would cause the rest of the DNS to not register back to the company because it's showing still not connected. I also think there's something wrong because a txt record from another company isn't verifying either.

@tiny lance yea, that hasn't worked DNS still isn't being read, at this point I'm not sure how the A record was read since nothing else continues to be verified.
