Hey, when was the last time that you have restarted your server?
We recommend that you setup your server to auto-restart every few hours, due to the current server build from the developers having some issues with performance and RAM leaks. Have a look at our guide which displays where you can find this option on your web interface.
How many players also play concurrently on your server? If this is alot then this explains the high CPU usage that you are facing and would suggest that you may need to upgrade the CPU.

My friend is stuck at loading screen for the whole day and can’t join… I found this solution.. but is there any other way? If not then how can I delete his character?
he can join any other server except mine (he played for few hours yesterday) but seems his character got stuck or smth

I am not sure exactly where the player file is, but it would likely be somewhere in your save game. Have a look at our FTP file access guide, once you are in your server through an FTP client, go into the following path Pal/Saved/SaveGames and I assume the player files will be somewhere in your main save game.

I'm not sure, it seems that it must be part of the main save file, but you can't edit it as it's in their own custom format.
Could you try go to this path on your FTP client.
And send a screenshot of what is inside the SaveGames/0/[yoursavename] folder.
As far as I can tell, there should be a Players folder which contains the player .sav files.
Yes I just tested this myself, head over to the following directory, and this will contain all of your player save files.
You can use the /ShowPlayers command in-game to be able to identify everyone's save file ID based on the returned in-game id as the .sav files begin with this.
But keep in mind, you need to have setup an admin password and authenticated yourself in order to be able to use this show players command. If you haven't done this, please use our admin setup guide to do this.

I don't think such commands exist at the moment unfortunately. The only admin commands that exist right now are specified in our server commands guide. 
Hopefully as the game is updated, they add more commands and functionalities such as this.
The best you could do is increase the ExpRate parameter in your server configuration file, but this will affect everyone on the server and make it easier. Have a look at our server configuration guide if you wish to do this. 🙂
