I’m trying to add stuff to user ie myself , it allows me to add tables but one at a time if I do multiple then comes with this error

I’ve turned pc off but when I go into users I would add money then scroll to go/save it comes with that error.
If I go to vehicles and add 1 vehicle will let me save it but if I go to add 10 cars at same time comes with that error.
I’ve just getting a new car pack so needed to add them onto database
