My VPS suddenly said that Microsoft Windows stopped working and if I wanted to restart it. I couldn't press any option because the remote desktop freezed, and I decided to restart the VPS from the Zap website panel. Thing is that rn it never ends up starting or stopping, and it is impossible to access it, plus in the panel i get that the ip is unreachable atm.

VPS is located in FFM / Eygelshoven, GER; there is "Host Ping Down" issue from 6h ago, but till now it didn't affect my VPS at all. It suddenly happened and now it doesn't respond
