Is there away I can change it from german to english
yea thats the issue its already set to english
but for some reason google is in german
last thing got any idea how to connect to the network? it shows connected but is not recieving internet access
I'm assuming its using a virtual IP
You can also try out MCSS (https://www.mcserversoft.com/) it lets you create minecraft server very easily on any windows pc or server.
A completely free server manager that you easily can host Minecraft servers with. Mcss is the oldest maintained Minecraft Server Wrapper for Windows.
btw if you start your minecraft server and can't connect to it. You may need to port forward the exact port you are using (https://zap-hosting.com/guides/docs/vserver-windows-port)

Why would chrome change its language tho, but if I think so, it's a possibility
