I am having issues with minecraft Java clients trying to join my minecraft paper-spigiot server. They often get a error message saying "connection refused: no further information."
If you try joining about 5 times in a row you are often able to join the server. Is anyone else having this issue or has found a fix for it?

This is what the DDoS protection is set to. The console and logs show no issues/errors.

Great, because the DDoS protection can even prevent players to join entirely.
How does the console look like? Do you see anything odd?

Everything in the console looks good. Although, there is one warning issue talking about the timings profiler being removed from paper in the future, but that wouldn't impact players joining

Yeah, that's just an information and has no impact.
I believe that your issue should be checked by the support. I would suggest opening a ticket on the website.
