Can you provide the message that is on the screen of your friend or a screenshot?
Cause im 99% That it is a Cfx Ban and not a server ban, incase it says Banned from Cfx.re it means that is a fivem issued ban, this ban cannot be removed by you it will expire by itself in the days specified or you can contact fivem support https://support.cfx.re/hc/en-us
