How can I get txadmin up for restarting the server

you simply go to you overview in your gameserver dashboard

and there should be a panel with the txadmin link

Default ftp port is 21. You actually don't have to type the port, because FileZilla uses the default port (if you won't change it)

Your ftp credentials are under FTP-Browser. You will see the port too

Yes. Update it in your server.cfg also. You can get your own key from your keymaster

If you did migrate, you need to make sure the string in your config that calls to the database is correct. Location username and password are in there

As well as the name of the database
