I keep getting this message when trying to logg into my server database. mysqli::real_connect(): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory. Has someone had this issue and fixed it or is it something on the Hosting side.

Its relieving to know that its not just me, I tried to back my server up thinking it maybe something i installed and it did say that zap-hosting was down. that may also have something to do with it

Im here vouching for zap-hosting after everyone has said not to go with zap-hosting now im looking for a new hosting. I hate that i will have to do everything over again but This not hearing anything back from them is crazy my ticket jumped to 11Hr wait time. I think they updating the hosting though When i try to go to a back up database it would say that zap-hopsting is down for updates and to allow 72hrs

I went to rocket node they might be having a problem as well

they responded to my ticket
and said we are aware of the problem and are working hard to get the server back online.
Unfortunately, we can't give a timeframe for fixing the problem at the moment.

I'm sorry for you guys having troubles with zap-hosting lately but please do not advertise any other hosts here and also be aware that FiveM server from non-official FiveM hosters can get blacklisted/banned by cfx.re, making the server unusable. Besides that, I hope that this issue resolves quickly and without any further problems.
