Thats what im saying, and i was told it was fixed at around 1 today.

I believe this is a manual lock support have done it prevents you from configuring the server while they work on it

If they haven’t removed the lock I am unsure to why if they are done

#

In order to get the lock removed a member from the team will have to sort this out for you online

They can only be contacted via the ticket system of live chat

I believe the support is based in Germany meaning they won’t be available right now

Since they are moving office they aren’t online 24/7 atm

idk but this happened yesterday. and i cannot log into my server at all.
