I guess a support ticket would be your best bet. Since you only really get Tipps here from the community and the team. This seems to be quite specific to your payment.
Maybe depending on your payment method there is a bigger delay. If you are talking about a root server it might also have something to do with the current problems some users have with their roots after the poweroutage earlier this week

i paid with my card. it have allways been the fastest payment method for me.
Shouldn't be a problem then... In #general someone mentioned server problems a few seconds ago... Can't proof it or even say that there are problems right now or anything but maybe that's a hint towards your problem.
