And this does not look like the IP of your vps

Your IP/Username/Password is definitely wrong.

In order to help you we are going to need to know the username you are trying to use and a screenshot of where you are putting it into remote desktop

And also partially show the IP confirming it matches the one on ZAP.

You do not need to show us your password I suggest you do set it again via the zap hosting settings/security tab on the vps dashboard on zap.

And try again.

You will have to create a ticket online in order for the team to look further into it

Since if your using the correct credentials then the team will have to check the logs and see why its not permitting you into it

Ok yeah it seems we community mods/helpers as just volunteer customers cannot access your server to help you. Only zap-hosting staff can and unfortunately the team will only look into it online via the ticket system.
