Well I bought a ZAP FiveM game server and it says pending order I bought it a day ago and it’s not complete yet. I opened a ticket on ZAP but it said average response time was 10 hours 😭

Why is it 10 hours is something wrong in the system?

The average response time depends on how many openned tickets there are and ofc the shift.

Afaik they work from 7 to 23 German time

I was just confused because aren’t game servers supposed to set themselves up?

Yeah, but sometimes it takes longer and it's recommend to contact the support when it takes like a day

But yeah, a response to your ticket will take time

Yeah, I opened the ticket this morning 10 hours ago but i completely understand
