No need to use teamviewer if the operating system comes with a built in remote protocol.
And anyways you can't install TeamViewer if you cannot remote into it in the first place.

You need to check your username that it's correct and make sure the password is also correct. You can change the password on the panel for your vps/rootserver.
Otherwise it has to be the IP of the server you enter in the white field box.
