The only thing you can do is get it refunded into zap coins.
To then re-purchase the rootserver with zap coins.
But rootserver's are more expensive so you are going to have to deposit some zap coins in order to purchase the rootserver. + if you are using a coupon check that the coupon works with zap coins as a payment as not all coupons work as zap coins payment.
And for your notice you can only get refunded in the format of zap coins & only eligable for a refund in zap coins if your gameserver is less than 14 days old
You will only get refunded the amount left on your gameserver you won't get refunded the amount you have used it for.
There is also a small cancellation fee it's like 1 or 2 euro's I think. It will deduct this fee from the time remaining of your gameserver of the amount it will refund you..

Log into your zap account and head here:
Next on the left select orders
Look under done orders and find the order your gameserver was. Next select the red button
Now it will provide three options, if you select refund/revocation I believe it says it should be the third option. It will present you the amount you will get refunded.
Go ahead and continue with the revocation (red button) and it will delete the server and the contract and refund you the amount of zap coins it states.
Then you will see the zap coins appear in your wallet on the website after refreshing.
Please note The above will only work if you purchased the gameserver as a CONTRACT not prepaid otherwise you won't be able to do any of this.
