I paid for a VPS it’s been 8 hours and the VPS still isn’t up. I opened a ticket and havnt gotten a response. Could anyone help me get in contact with them??

An order can take up to 1-2 days to arrive depends on how much is going on with zap you will then receive a confirmation email that your server is ready

It’s not up though.

click on the green name, that should take you to the dashboard of the server. from there you should be able to start the server

does it have to be windows server 2016? otherwise you could try windows server 2019, maybe that would work. If not, sadly I would not be able to help you out, since that would be something for the support
