Well it says a day is this about correct for how long it’s been down for both of you
It’s been down consistently for that long yes but there has been on and offs
But I’ve only had this for two days
I made a ticket
And did they reply?

I can’t access the site to make a ticket
I’ve cleared everything and tried 3 computers on multiple browsers
That too the site keeps going into maintenance

Took awhile for me to make a ticket but I eventually got to that point
The only way I found right now for me to make a ticket is to email the team instead
You should get a reply anyways through the email when they answer you
But yeah it seems the site itself is having issues for the past couple of days now

Still cannot start vps

Can’t wait to wait another 2 hrs for a response without paying the speed up ticket booster
Yeah I just bought this vps less than a week ago to see if zap has gotten any better and I haven’t been able to access it for 2 days
And the status page still shows that node as down

Sent Felix B. a negative review, like how can u say its fixed when the vps is down, the node is down, and the status page even says it. Didn't care to check

Was finally able to send in a ticket. Is there any way to speed up the response without paying? It's enough crap that my vps that I paid for has been down for 2 days it's the least that can be done.
