Everything about that plugin you can do with ZAP-Hosting already.

You can add users to your product edit their permissions so they can only do such things.

I'm curious why you need a external console when you have zap-hosting's live console already.

If you don't want to keep logging in all the time then just enable rcon on your server settings and download a rcon app on your phone, tablet, computer and you can just control your server console from there.
