no i cant even get into it my self ive been trying for a week now and they said they are looking into it and its been 4 days already and still nothing ive brought 2 severs for it and none of them work ive spend 20 pounds all together and they wont even refund me money back

You have to check for updates

If there is an update you will have to update the game and server or the result will be like in your video

I assume that your server is on the latest version, could you check if you have the latest version of the game?

yeah i got the latest version of the game witch is 0.1.8 but they are running v16 on the sever

Yes, there is a server version update (v18) but it's shared on their discord server
