I've been waiting since 630 pm yesterday for an American Truck server to open for me

Because of the many orders during the holidays some orders could take up to 2 days. If you haven't received your server after 2 days please create a ticket on the website.

American Truck Simulator servers are only available to pre-order.

In other words it doesn't exist yet.

How do they make a server available if they don't have it yet and it doesn't say it's pre-ordered?

You will have to make a ticket online to the team.

I'm just saying there is no host at all out there that have ats gameservers ready at the minute.,

Since the official way to setup a server is super tricky.

You can do it manually with a vps or dedi though I think

maybe I and the people who were watching my share when I placed the order from the server saw it wrong, but everyone is saying that yesterday it didn't say pre-order, but ok
Assuming it was our mistake, I'll try to send the ticket to see if I can get the money back, but if it's like it happened in the past, it's almost certain that I won't get the money back
