Hello, I can't log in to my zap account because of the double step, I had it activated, but I formatted my phone and now I don't have access, how can I have access again or deactivate 2fa

Hey, you would have to contact the ZAP-Hosting support via mail ([email protected]) and send them Infos like, what happened (e.g You don't have access to your authenticator etc.), your zap ID, phone number (If you had one), E-Mail (from your ZAP Account) and a picture of your ID. (Atleast I had to send my ID.) cheers
