On this playthrough I Will try to reach 1000 pop (if my laptop can handle it) and make a super dense Metrópolis. I find the trick to do this is to leave the houses at tier 1 most of the time to increase the "sprawl". Will lack space for some stuff so I Will have to import tons of boar to compensate for example.
I make a note that I unlocked all territories and Im using some mods like charcoal "stealing" wood from wood stocks (😂), Multiple keeps mod, decorations Mod

550 pop update. Still all tier 1 housing, getting very close to upgrading tho

I am now upgrading. Its really a space management nightmare at some point. Now Im struggling to find space for additional farms 😂 but my goal is to make a very large city. I already reached the northern, southern and eastern borders of the map. After upgrades will look very dense and big 😍
